In a recent list of property exchanges, Lafayette County reported several transactions between Feb. 26-Mar. 1, 2024. The details were recorded with the Lafayette County Chancery Clerk.

Primary Property Transfers

LandHat, LLC transferred a part of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 8 South, Range 1 West, to John DuBrueler. The area spans around 5.0 acres.

North Lamar Construction, LLC transferred Lot 24 of The Lamar Subdivision to William and Laura Gullett.

Samir Ross and Mervat Gergis transferred Lot 72 of Woodlawn Subdivision to Patrick Towery.

And North Mississippi Renovations, LLC transferred a piece in the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 7 South, Range 4 West, to Jonathan Haynie and Amanda Lynn Miller.

Residential Property Transfers

The Crossing at Oxford Commons, LLC transferred Unit 235 at The Crossing at Oxford Commons Cottage Condominiums 2 to Elizabeth Gabrielly-Young.

Also, Lloyd and Cynthia Grissinger transferred Unit 1 of Adelia Condominiums to Jeffrey and Leigh Wills.

Again, Loxley Stubblefield transferred Unit 26, Soleil Condominiums, to Nelson A. Williams and Nelson H. Williams.

Michael and Inge Cosentino became the new owners of Unit A15 of Rowandale Condominiums from previous owner Michele Lee Ehlers.

Subdivision and Parts Property Transfers

In similar reports, Southern Developers Group, LLC transferred Lot 100 of The Grove at Grand Oaks to Lloyd and Cynthia Grissinger.

Similarly, John and Ruby Lawrence transferred parts of the Northeast and Southeast Quarters of Section 1, Township 9 South, Range 5 West, to Daphna and John Skelton.

Further, Ronald and Nichole Hahn transferred Unit 450, Rowandale Condominiums, to Focused Ox, LLC.

Other Property Transfers

Meanwhile, Julie Carnes transferred a property composed of the Northwest Quarter and Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 9, Range 1 West; Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 8, Range 1 West; and the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 9 South, Range 1 West to Howard Carnes.

Finally, Grand Oaks Village, LLC transferred Unit 20 of Grand Oaks Village Condominiums to William and Annesley Cassidy.
