Oxford has recently witnessed several momentous property transfers between May 20 and May 24, 2024. Ranging from residential units in prime subdivisions to vast tracts of rural land, these transactions reflect a vibrant real estate market.
North Lamar Construction, LLC made two important transfers. Lot 63 of The Lamar Subdivision was transferred to Christopher and Margaret Leming, while Lot 64 was transferred to Scott and Elizabeth Niehaus.
The Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 10 South, Range 3 West, previously belonging to Patricia Becker, was transferred to Charles Becker III.
An essential part of the Oxford Square Townhomes, Unit 199, once owned by Bryan and Heather Bailey, has now been sold to Madbus, LLC.
Notably, ARK Properties, LLC transferred Unit 14, Old Taylor Place to Doyne and Ann Monty. Simultaneously, Lot 89, Taylor-Greene Subdivision, formerly owned by Amy and Andrew Mangrum, was handed over to Early Savage and Ian Hayzlett.
Several condo units changed hands during this period. Among these were Unit 33 and 28, Meadow Crest Condominiums, transferred by Anderson Road Holdings, LLC to Michael and Mylinda Beckum and Jennifer Rhea, respectively. Gregory and Sharon Hernandez also transferred Unit 4805, The Mark Condominiums, to Stephen and Belinda Cangelosi.
Jesse Clemons transferred property measuring 0.38 acres in Lot 31, College Hill Heights Subdivision, to 237 Green Realty. Similarly, Danny Hickey handed over 1.63 acres in Section 25, Township 9 South, Range 2 West, to Jeff Hickey Construction, LLC.
All property transfers mentioned were officially recorded with the Lafayette County Chancery Clerk. Oxford continues to witness dynamic activity in the property market, signaling its overall economic health and robustness.
