Fans flocked to Oxford Middle School to witness a nail-biting playoff match as the Oxford Chargers faced off against the Clinton Arrows in a fiercely contested battle.
The atmosphere was electric as the game kicked off, and it didn’t take long for the Oxford Chargers to make their mark on the scoreboard. Just two minutes in, Jane Irwin showcased her skills by netting the first goal of the match. After receiving a sweet pass from teammate Madison Strum, Irwin wasted no time and took a precise shot from about 12 yards out. Cheers erupted from the stands as the scoreboard lit up with a 1-0 lead for the Chargers!
