Marshall Fratesi, an esteemed figure in the Oxford banking circle, serves as the city president for the Bank of Oxford. This office is a footstep of the First National Bank of Clarksdale, where his professional contribution extends for over twelve years. He is no stranger to the MYB. Fratesi has been an active member of this organization since 2016.

Fratesi’s impressive education credentials include a degree in accounting from Delta State University and an MBA from the prestigious University of Mississippi. He has demonstrated his commitment to a career in banking and finance by graduating from the Mississippi School of Banking and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.
