Established Oxford professional, Lucy Schultze, has earned recognition as a statewide finalist for the prestigious 2024 Mississippi Pinnacle Awards. An annual initiative by the Sales and Marketing Professionals, the Pinnacle Awards celebrate high achievers demonstrating excellence, professionalism, and exceptional contributions in sales, marketing, community engagement, and public relations across the state.

Schultze, renowned for her role as founder and CEO of Red Window Communications, a progressive integrated strategic communications and PR agency, will be celebrated at the award ceremony on April 9 at the Lake Terrace Convention Center in Hattiesburg.

A Journey from Journalism to Strategic Communications

Before embarking on the Red Window journey, Schultze gained experience as an award-winning journalist and teaching writing for integrated marketing communications at the University of Mississippi School of Journalism. She also contributed her expertise as a writer for Medical News Papers in various markets, including Mississippi, Memphis, Tampa, Fla., and Raleigh-Durham, N.C.

After a 13-year tenure as a community journalist, Schultze transitioned into a pivotal role as a communications coordinator for Oxford Treatment Center, a significant 100-bed inpatient facility catering to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders, for the next five years.
