Meanwhile, Frank and Pamela Biggs made quite a unique move by selling Unit 334 of the Turnberry Condominiums… right back to themselves! Talk about keeping it in the family, right?

Tess Graham transferred a fractional part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36 to James Todd. It’s the little pieces that sometimes lead to big dreams!
