Lafayette County is buzzing with property activity! From cozy condos to spacious plots of land, a variety of transactions have taken place recently, bringing some delightful changes to the real estate scene. Here’s a closer look at key transfers that happened between January 13 and January 16, 2025. Buckle up for a quick tour!
First up, we have James and Courtney Everett, who sold a slice of their property from the East Half of Section 26. This charming parcel has now found its way to Kimberly Shackleford. Meanwhile, Frank and Pamela Biggs made quite a unique move by selling Unit 334 of the Turnberry Condominiums… right back to themselves! Talk about keeping it in the family, right?
Tess Graham transferred a fractional part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36 to James Todd. It’s the little pieces that sometimes lead to big dreams! Over in Green Acres Subdivision, David Linares and Gloria Rossil sold a generous 2.21 acres to Family Construction, LLC, paving the way for new possibilities.
Meanwhile, Old Oaks Oxford, LLC has passed Unit 286 of the Old Oaks of Oxford Condominiums to Adym and Amy Rygmyr, adding their names to the list of residents excited about calling this neighborhood home!
In a lovely transaction, Christina Hodgkins sold Lot 24 in Graystone Point Subdivision to Rebecca and Scott Weimer alongside their family member Anna Faye Weimer. It’s a heartwarming story of homecoming that many will surely cheer for.
James P. Vance also made headlines by selling a sizable 11.834 acres to Pea Ridge Recycling, LLC. This move points toward exciting developments that could spring up in the area! And let’s not forget the charming couple Daniel and Kathryn Bennett who sold Lot 78 of Tara Estates to Madison and Dolly Beth McClendon.
The crazy condo market isn’t slowing down just yet—Orlando Chongo, Jr. transferred Unit 601 of The Mill of Oxford Condominiums to Pierre and Lessley Adams, while Juan Herrera took the opportunity to sell Unit 21 of Cypress Glen Condominiums to JMHDSH, LTD.

Finally, JWH 3 & 4 Holdings, LLC transferred Unit 704 of Fieldstone Farms Condominiums to E & S Oxford, LLC, while HNB Enterprises, LLC made waves by selling several lots to HNB Rentals, LLC.
