Hey there, Lafayette County! It seems like the real estate market has been buzzing with activity recently. Over the span of just a few days from February 18 to 21, 2025, a whole host of property transactions took place right under our noses. First on the list, Omer and Madelyn Oates decided to pass the keys of their cozy abode, **Unit 403 of Augusta Place Condominiums**, to the lucky new owners, Jerry and Ann Barton. It’s always heartwarming to see families find their perfect spot!
