Commercial Ventures and Lots of Land

There’s also a trend of commercial transfers happening! Shady Creek Properties, LLC offered up **Unit 3 of Fallen Oaks Condominiums** to Jacqueline Shae Davis, while The Crossing at Oxford Commons, LLC made multiple sales, including **Unit 158** and **Unit 419**.
