Major Property Transactions Mark a Buzzing Real Estate Market in Lafayette County

Key Property Transfers in Lafayette County

In a major shift in Lafayette County’s property landscape, the week of June 10-14, 2024 saw a flurry of real estate transactions. These property transfers, as recorded with the Lafayette County Chancery Clerk, showcased an active real estate market in the county.

Residential Subdivision Deals

STK Oxbridge Group, LLC sold Lot 85 of Woodson Ridge Subdivision to Ryan and Erin Miller. Meanwhile, a unit in the Creekside Condominiums changed hands, with Erik and Lorraine Wagner selling Unit 1104 to JAVCO Interests, Ltd. On the same vein, Stillwater Oxford, LLC sold Unit 69 at Stillwater Oxford Condominiums to Jake and Anita Adams.

Mary Weatherwax and Kelli Wolfe Transfer

In another deal, Lots 108 and 110 in Ridgewood Estates were transferred from Mary Weatherwax to Kelli Wolfe.

City of Oxford’s Transfer

The City of Oxford registered a transfer involving a fraction of Lots 30 and 31 in the city to Cary McCormick and Rebecca Morris.

Condominium and Street Property Transfers

A series of other transfers occurred in the condominium space. Anderson Road Holdings, LLC transferred Unit 8 at Meadow Crest Condominiums to Joanna Casabona, and William Reynolds transferred the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 8 South, Range 4 West to Bradley and Royann LeFlore. Additionally, Cary McCormick transferred a fraction of Lots 30 and 31 and all of unopened 13th Street between Lots 30 and 31 in Section 21, Township 8 South, Range 3 West to Magnolia Collection, LLC.

American Arbitrage Associates, LLC Transfer

American Arbitrage Associates, LLC transferred a parcel of land in Section 8, Township 9, Range 3 to The Truth Church.

The Final Transfers

Finally, Cassidy Bess and others transferred a property of 1.00 acre in Section 33, Township 7 South, Range 3 West to William Shaw. In another deal, Kyla McInnes transferred Unit 6 at Golf Club Condominiums to Stephen and Vicki Hayes.

All of these transfers mark a buzzing real estate market in Lafayette County with several buyers and sellers registering transactions at the Lafayette County Chancery Clerk’s office. As the county continues to grow, it is expected that real estate activity will also step up accordingly.
