Key Property Transfers in Lafayette County
In a major shift in Lafayette County’s property landscape, the week of June 10-14, 2024 saw a flurry of real estate transactions. These property transfers, as recorded with the Lafayette County Chancery Clerk, showcased an active real estate market in the county.
Residential Subdivision Deals
STK Oxbridge Group, LLC sold Lot 85 of Woodson Ridge Subdivision to Ryan and Erin Miller. Meanwhile, a unit in the Creekside Condominiums changed hands, with Erik and Lorraine Wagner selling Unit 1104 to JAVCO Interests, Ltd. American Arbitrage Associates, LLC transferred a parcel of land in Section 8, Township 9, Range 3 to The Truth Church.
The Final Transfers
Finally, Cassidy Bess and others transferred a property of 1.00 acre in Section 33, Township 7 South, Range 3 West to William Shaw. In another deal, Kyla McInnes transferred Unit 6 at Golf Club Condominiums to Stephen and Vicki Hayes.
