Additionally, they approved two variances: one for the build-to-line requirement (this basically means where the building can be positioned on the property) and another for the drive-thru iTM.

The property is currently undeveloped and falls under the zoning regulations of the Suburban Corridor District, where such grocery developments are carefully monitored to ensure they fit well with the community’s layout. And rest assured, Sullivan’s Marketplace meets all the necessary parking requirements with a total of 137 spaces available—19 more than the 118 spaces that were required.
