For those in a hurry, the drive-thru will stay open until 10 p.m. on the same days, providing added convenience for early risers and late-night diners.

One interesting feature of the new location is its Mobile Thru option. This dedicated lane in the drive-thru will allow guests to pick up their orders placed via the Chick-fil-A app, making it easier than ever to get Quick service without leaving the car.

Lance Reed has a remarkable background that led him to this venture. Before entering the restaurant world, he dedicated years to a ministry focused on charitable efforts. Although he was initially uncertain about becoming an entrepreneur, Reed soon realized he could continue to give back to the community in a new way through Chick-fil-A.

With 15 years of experience under his belt as the owner-operator of the Chick-fil-A on West Jackson Avenue, Reed is excited about the opportunity to expand his reach and service. “Having the opportunity to bring the first Chick-fil-A to this community has been nothing short of a gift,” he states. “In the last 15 years, my Team Members and I have had the privilege of building strong relationships while aiming to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.”

In celebration of the new opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. has donated $25,000 to Feeding America. This donation aims to assist local partners in the greater Memphis area in their fight against hunger. Moreover, Reed’s restaurant plans to participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table program. This initiative redistributes surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, and food banks—a system that has provided over 25 million meals since its inception.
