Paragon Bank’s Event Teaches Vital Lesson on Wise Spending
The quaint town of Oxford played host to a unique financial education event sponsored by the local branch of Paragon Bank on February 23, 2024. This unique approach to financial education provided a simulated real-world scenario that gave the youngsters a taste of adult financial responsibilities, making it a much more engaging and effective way to instill wise spending habits than traditional methods.

Each participant had to visit various tables to make purchases for their monthly needs, with the ultimate goal of budgeting wisely to make their funds last. Those who fell short on their budget, on the other hand, were gifted a Butterfinger candy bar.
